8th Wreaths Across America Project
Rolling Thunder®, Inc., National is planning again to participate in the “National Wreaths Across American Day” project on December 19. 2020 at the Somerset Hills Memorial Park, 95 Mt. Airy Road, Basking Ridge, New Jersey. This year due to the pandemic effecting our nation our 8Th Annual Wreaths Across America program has been faced with some changes.
The current New Jersey State pandemic restrictions have caused several of our fund raising events for the wreaths project to be canceled. At this present time we are limiting the wreath placing ceremony on December 19th to only our membership placing the 1,600 wreaths on the graves of the Veterans at the Somerset Hills Memorial Park. We regret that we are unable to invite the general public and other service organizations to join us and participate this year. The “National Wreaths Across America Day” is one event our organization intends to do.

Our Mission
The major function of Rolling Thunder®, Inc. is to publicize the POW-MIA issue: To educate the public that many American Prisoners of War were left behind after all previous wars and to help correct the past and to protect future Veterans from being left behind should they become Prisoners of War-Missing In Action. We are also committed to helping American Veterans from all wars.
Rolling Thunder®, Inc. is a non-profit organization and everyone donates his or her time because they believe in the POW/MIA Issue.
Veterans from WWII and Vietnam exposed to asbestos may now have a cancer known as Mesothelioma and be due financial compensation. The Mesothelioma Law Firm of McIver Brown offers free resources and consulations to Veterans and their families.
